UK Learn 2 Drive is an internet based driving school with an ADI qualified instructor on a one to one basis delivering automatic driving lessons.
All courses booked form a direct contract between you the student and UK Learn 2 Drive. The cost of the driving test is included in the course fee and will be booked to suit both student and instructor.
It is the responsibility of the student to inform the instructor as and when they have passed their theory test. Your driving test cannot be taken until you have passed your theory test. It is advisable to take your theory test as soon as possible. We can provide assistance with this on request.
An assessment lesson may be advisable to determine which course is suitable.
Payment for courses can be made by bank transfer, in cash or by Paypal if paying with a debit/credit card. A surcharge of 3.4% will be added to the cost of your course. An initial deposit of 25% of the cost of the course must be paid at the time of booking and full payment made at the beginning of the driver training.
Should it be necessary to cancel the course at any stage the deposit and the prepaid course fee is non refundable. Course deposits are also non refundable.
All cancellations must be notified to the instructor no later than 48 hours before the booked lesson(s). Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice must be paid for in full.
Students must provide a valid provisional driving licence.
UK Learn 2 Drive reserve the right to terminate any lesson(s)/course(s) with no recourse for a refund. UK Learn 2 Drive reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without any warning.
